size or species?

Size. I knew what it was, and saw the other pics on FB but didn't expect it to be the same one.

I ran into a real good one (about 6 foot), the day I was after rattlers.    He had been laying in 80 degree rocks though so he wasn't too photogenic.   Plus its a little more complicated getting on eye level with them.   If someone would have seen me the other day theyd have thought I was nuts.   I was hovering over about 30 rattlers trying to get a good headshot of another.

There are medications for that you know  :chuckle:

Bone, what kind is that snake in the eye picture?
Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.

Love bullsnakes.  They will eat anything they can wrestle down.  Nice pics.
