I used to have one, I bought it used off eBay. I didn't care for it, and ended up putting it back on eBay and selling it. One thing, the focus was really hard to get adjusted just right. Also the eye relief was not good, I had to stick my eye almost right on the lens to see through it.

I ended up getting a new Kowa with a fixed 25x eyepiece for about $400 and it's much better.

I have the same scope made by leopold, the wind river, I wouldn't buy it again. It's ok for shorter long range but bobcat is right, the focus is not sharp. But I also wont spend 2600 on a swaworski, the good one's are gonna cost you.
“In common with”..... not so much!!

Wind River is different than the "Gold Ring."

The 30x60 Gold Ring Leupold is no longer made. (I think)

Darn good scope, the old gold ring fixed powers are awesome.  How much can you get it for?  I might know someone that's interested in it.  Our hunting partner bought the 30x50 gold ring around '88, new, and that thing is great!   And I'm a swarovski, zeiss, and nikon ed guy......
