lost horse, friends want to call it with my foxpro?
« on: November 15, 2012, 07:27:41 PM »
A friend of mine lost his horse in the blues, they want to try to call it in with my foxpro fury.  Does anyone have horse whinny sounds or know of a site to get them free.  Has anybody had any experience calling horses?  Thanks.

maybe try youtube and search horse whinny.  You may be able to if the horse is lonely its likely to respond to the sound of other horses just because they are herd critters

Seems tome riding a horse to find a horse would do the trick.  They will wbinny if they see or smell their buddy.

Hope the horse is found, the Blues is definetly not the kind of country you would want to lose and animal in.  But thinking about it,  if I came upon a couple guys e-calling horse noises on a stand I would wonder about what Im doing with my life  :chuckle:  Hope the horse is recovered and not injured

man you aint horse people  :chuckle: either walk around whistling for them, but your best bet is walk around rattling a treat bucket with grain in it, ours can hear it an easy half mile away and come running.

They have previously road in on horse and not had any luck.  I'm not sure what part of the blues they lost the horse, I only got a small piece of the story.  I got 2 different whinnies loaded on my foxpro and they have it for this weekend, their last attempt to find the horse (an Arabian).  If anybody hears anything a pm would be much appreciated.  Thanks everyone
