To the successful one's out bear hunting, if you don't want or use all the meat or fat, use it for crab bait.
The stuff works awesome
We were advised to use bear meat and scraps for crab bait when Ribka nd I went to Alaska bear hunting and t worked great. Had some left over from last year and put 2 crab pots with bear meat and 4 other pots with either chicken or fish parts in it. The pots with bear in them had twice as many crabs as teh others, hands down.
