on the whole "tribal" thing, i'd bet a paycheck for every tribal snagger there are at least 5 non-tribal "fisherman" doing the same thing. is snagging any different when doing it with "legal gear?" 95% of the non-tribal people who fish the skok king run are snaggers. in case some of you didn't know kings rarely eat corkies and yarn. (yes I know those are chums and will eat c&y, just making an example)
