Does anybody know a phone number where I can call and talk to somebody about there access permits.  Looking to speak to a real person not a computer.  I drew a quality permit and purchased the access permit but when I opened my envelope it contained all the info and permit but it was missing the key.....

What farm are you talking about? I think each farm manages there own permits, so you would have to call the farm that you bought the access permit for.

Did you check the permit to see if there was a number for the Longview office? If you cant find one in the permit, try googling it.

No phone number listed just an email address.  Sent an email but would like to speak with someone in person.  It state in the rules a lost key, hang tag, or permit will not be replaced and no refund will be given so I'm a little concerned

I'm sure they will make it right.

My frustration is they only give you one key and hang tag even though its good for 2 vehicles.  The problem is my wife drew a Margaret tag and I just have a general tag. Since we are both on the same permit, one of us won't be able to hunt because we can only take one vehicle in the farm at a time the way they set it up. For $150, I would think that they would give you 2 keys and hang tags.

Gutpile,
I checked the mail after reading your post and mine was there. I got the Longview pass also with a map, rules, hangtag, and a key. I would contact them with e-mail and stay on it. They have to make this right! Good luck.

Just a thought, but did you check inside the map?

I thought the same thing when I first opened my letter, but I found the key envelope was tucked or had worked its way inside the folds of the map, opened the map and out fell the key!

That happened to me last year. Just e-mail them and let them know what happened and they will send you a key. It was as simple as that.
