When do I start looking 4 sheds? (west side)

I have a few areas that I know hold a few big bucks still...when should they shed around here?  along the I-5

as soon as this little bit of snow melts,you can look for old sheds right now.if you know where big bucks are now , the bucks were probably hanging out there for a few years.you might be able to get some old ones.
