Blinds and stands

I need to buy a ground blind for turkey/deer and also a few tree stands for deer. What would you guys reccomended I look into?

I'm a new fan of the Barronett blinds.  http://www.barronettblinds.com/

Hunting with my kid and a buddy, we can set three chairs up side by side and not feel cramped.  70x70 foot print and 7 feet tall!  easy setup and take down, too, of course.

If you can still find them I have 2 of the Promos ground Visions and absolutely love them. All the windows work with magnets so there is no sound.
