I don't think its internet game time since you have to buy it at a local dealer. And wouldn't midnight be 12AM?
It definatly will be by all these guys that feel they need to post this to the world. Let people read their own email and figure it out.
I don't see them being able to sell all 3,300 deer tags. I'm hoping they open the deer tags up for everyone after a few days. I did not put in for multi season deer but would buy if given the chance. I did however put in for elk but don't see myself having the time this year to do that tag justice. and by that I mean that I did not draw mult-season elk but am not planning on purchasing a surplus tag due to not having time for the hunts.

If anything, this shows that Multi-season deer permits should just go OTC from the get go...
