Didnt think you would go with the drunk indian responce! Here is an honest guess and assesment. As a small business owner I often find myself pulled in many different directions some times failing at everything I do and sometimes making everyone happy. Unfortunatly you wear lots of different hats and some of those jobs you hate and procrastinate on. The honest advice I would give anyone in her position is to hire some one or a service to do what you hate to free you up to do what your good at and love doing. Its not always easy. I tried hiring some help for the same reasons this last year. It worked well, I was happier and got more done but the guys I hired didnt work out... really too bad because one of them was pretty cool. It seems like it might cost too much, or that who you hire doesnt have the right skills but it can really help. It appears that the work she does is stellar but she needs drastic help getting her back on track. I had a professor at CWU that was a BBB small business consultant and every story he told was a lesson on how the little thing can make or break a small business.Michelle talk to a profesional business councillor from the BBB or some where else. Its a shame that someone with your skills is earning a bad reputation.Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using TapatalkThere is a difference. You recognized that you had a problem. She won't. Until then, nothing will help. Im not out of the woods yet I still have lots of work to do. If it was my rug id be pissed too but I thought that when she does read this hopefully she will take it into account from one small business owner to another.Simple fact is that a great mechanic, plumber taxidermist or (fill in the blank) that is really tallented often fail in business. Recognising your strenghts and weaknesses is a super importand part of being sucessful overall. One of my customer doesnt do any of his bookwork because he hates it. Uses a gal on the olypen that does if for him. Its all she does because shes good at it. Playing to your strengths and improving or minimizing your weaknesses is the key to sucess. Im not perfect but I think its important to to share a solution.Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk

I had to dig through my old pm's, but I think I've cracked the code. Below is an excerpt from my conversation with her when I was trying to make sure she wasn't a Unabomber after she asked for my mailing address. If your mount is taking awhile, it's probably because you're not likeable. Michelle, hopefully you don't get mad at me for this.Quote from: Michelle_Nelson on February 01, 2014, 10:04:10 PMQuote from: Coastal_native on February 01, 2014, 09:49:30 PMThat sounds creepy. Is it a bomb? You're not one of those rabid Seahawks fans that have been following my posts lately are you...? BTW. . .I don't work with bombs. I just wait til someone I don't like brings me an animal to mount and the more I don't like you the longer I keep it. Be afraid. . . .Be VERY Afraid.
