 Very nice. I picked up a .25-06 last year and have fallen in love with it. What a joy to shoot. You will love this.

Going to follow along too. This rifle has been on my list, but I got way legged by a Bond Hand Cannon. :chuckle:

That rig will be excellent out to 600 yards.  I have a similar rig with no special attention (stock trigger, standard mounts and rings, etc.) and can consistently hit chucks at 600 yards.  It's fun to shoot, but heavy to lug in the field!

Good luck with it!  Let me know if you want some reloading advice.

See you next week at the Gas Lamp!

I was set to pull the trigger on one of these in 7mm or 300wm when I come across a first gen Sendero in 7mm. Still working a load but cant wait to stretch its legs.

From what I've read I think it's almost a Sendero. Really not sure but either way, I'm with you.

Scope mounted.

I'm sort of a doorknob with this sort of stuff, learning as I go. Thanks to a few of you guys for allowing me to play 20 questions pretty much daily. If I get too annoying, just say so.

One of my faves.  Killed my first buck with a Remington 700, 25-06.   I have always been endeared to that caliber.   Very nice.

Great caliber and great gun.  Might as well buy 8# of H4831sc while you're at it
