The 69 is finally painted - now time to start the long process of assembly

Nice!  Great color choice too.

Well the 69 is officially home and assembly is beginning - stuck a few emblems on , next is putting all the new Detroit Speed front suspension. I already converted it to 4 wheel disc brakes

Mine may be a little different....
Started as a Remington Sendero in 300 RUM.
Adding Red webbing to the Black stock with Gray webbing, reflutting the barrel with wider deeper flutes, adding bolt knob, flattening area on action and grinding off Remington and engraving HOT ROD, all metal will be cerekoted in dark Grey with Flutes and HOT ROD in Red. Gun is a shooter already but will be tuning in some 150 grainers at 3600+fps...
I'll let it do the driving :-)

1st time she moved under her own power in 2 years. Little small block sounds angry. Tuesday she heads to Superbee for analignment and then back in the shop for finishing touches to the interior, bright work and a few minor things.

Sweat!

Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.
Psalm 144.1
