Upcoming Lead Rulemaking Stakeholders Meetings

"Ranges and others in the shooting sports industry will likely be impacted by the proposal. Because of the scope of the proposed rule, NSSF asks range and retail members in Washington state to attend the upcoming stakeholders meetings and voice concerns with this proposal."
Apparently there have been 3 meetings in May; June meetings were listed as TBD.
Although this NSSF ALERT is directed toward "ranges and others in the shooting sports industry", we should be wary of any regulations concerning lead that might impact traditional ammunition. The DOSH Lead Rule - Draft proposal includes lead shot and ammunition. Ammunition is mentioned in several places throughout the document.
