Posting pictures
« on: November 25, 2018, 03:38:46 PM »
Im having an issue posting pictures for some reason. I'm attaching them and trying to post. On both my phone and laptop when I hit "Post" it just goes to an all white screen. Anyone else having issues? Anyone know how to beat this?

I have also had this issue. White screen. If I hit refresh, it re-attempts to post and then tells me there's already a post by that name (there isnt)

If I try to post multiple pictures it happens often. I've taken to resizing all my pictures  way down on my computer, or if on my phone I take a screenshot of the picture and post that. Works nearly every time. Multiple pictures can still be an issue. When I get one posted I can go into "Modify" and add more pictures and that seems to work just fine.

Don't pay attention to the photo posting guidelines, I don't think they really matter. If the server can't handle it, then it can't handle it.

I gave up on posting pictures here, they either post sideways or not at all. Good luck.

You guys that are using your phones should use the Tapatalk app. It’s amazingly simple to post photos. No need to resize anything. There’s almost no downside. You can even send photos via pm.

White screen always means your photo was too large.

Nobody has ever been able to explain or solve the sideways photo thing. Anytime it’s ever happened to me, which is almost never, that photo is always sideways in my camera roll on my phone too.
I dunno.

Downside to tapatalk is the layout sucks  :chuckle:
