where to shoot long range?

I live in Kent close to Maple Valley and am trying to find a place to shoot out 100-300 yards. I know of a range in Ravensdale but was wondering if yall had other places or if it's legal to target practice in the mountains on public land?

I do believe it's legal, unless things have changed in 2 years since I moved.
