:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Some of you might recognize the location. Circa probably 1986?

This Tokul Creek?

Whopper!

Thanks, 10lbs if I remember right. Grandpa put him on ice in a cooler till the Libby News got there; explaining the discoloration. Had to yell to my brother across the river to bring the big net; he had to wait to run across the mill logging bridge (between trucks) to get the net over. The big trout net was too small; I ended up wearing the kamloop out and “sitting” on it in the shallows to get him  :chuckle:
