I had a friend who tried this scheme in Montana years ago. He & his dad were buying in state license @ the fish & game office in Kalispell. The clerk looked them up in the computer & said they couldn't buy resident license, but she'd be happy to sell them non resident licenses & they could go have a good hunt. They pushed it too far so she she asked them to wait a minute & she came back with the sergeant. The sergeant was carrying a stack of papers with him, which turned out to be their entire history of license purchases- all of which was illegally buying residents licenses and tags. The sergeant walked them from the office down the street to the court and saw the judge right now.  They were both fined over $10,000 and banned from hunting and fishing for 7 years.

Sweet sound of justice.

I agree. The best part is they are given a chance to buy the right license & move on, but they thought they were smarter than those "hicks in Kalispell."

There are only so many sunsets left.
He wanted a Hawken rifle 50 caliber or better. He settled for a 30, but dam it was a genuine 300 WIN MAG you couldn't go no better.
