School me on Idaho Spring Bear

Is it a draw? If so is it a hard to draw? I used to see lots of bear sign in 39 before all the wolves moved in. Will the wolves push out the bears?

Once you go, bear harvested or not, you will count the days till the next chance to go comes.
I started going a few years back and it is by far the focus year around.

Rules change by units and regions.
Have a pamphlet sent to you, Idaho is good about sending maps and regs
