Got mine ,,,tough drag out like 13 hours all tol,,, knew of 2 others success. Unit 113

13 hour drag? There is no way I would ever attempt to drag a moose unless it was with a winch. Why not quarter it and throw it on a pack. Would’ve made your life way easier. Glad you were able to get one down!

last year on my buddies bull there were 4 of us. Chainsaw winch 200 yards to the road. After gutted 4 of us tried to drag him into the trailer. It wasn’t happening. Chainsaw winched him into the trailer. Winched him up to hang him as well. There no joke!

Last year I helped with Greenhead_killer's Selkirk tag and he killed a nice bull about 75 yards below the road. We packed him out on our backs and boy was that a chore, especially with the melting snow!
