Turkey pot pie soup
« on: December 21, 2020, 09:46:58 AM »
Thought I would pass this along as it turned out amazing.  The recipe I used is listed below.  I made a few changes and tweaked it to my liking but.....OMG was it absolutely amazing.  Instead of cornstarch I used pioneer turkey gravy packets (only gravy packets I will use is pioneer) to thicken and add a little more flavor.   I also made a huge batch so I kind of winged the amounts to fit my needs......lots of meat!!  The cream cheese really added a level of richness that took this soup to another level.

If your struggling with what to do with this years turkey....you should really try this on a cold winter day.  5 starts / Two thumbs up

Looks really good, I may have to give this a try.  Pretty sure I have some frozen left over turkey from Thanksgiving in the freezer  ;)
