This may meet your needs.  LS tractor is same as New Holland.  Probably flexable on price since he is selling his house.

Thanks all for the input, I think the Deere GX 355 sized machine is probably what I am looking for.  I do like some of the bigger options just not sure I can justify what it would cost versus how much I would use it.
I mainly just need to mow and once every 4-5 years a blade for pushing snow would be nice.  I am still on the fence regarding the tiller, recent changes to my gardening methods may have just about eliminated the need for tilling. Could just rent one every 2-3 years when needed and not have to store and maintain it.

Now what I really need is a new metal shop to store more stuff, then I bet I could talk myself into all kinds of purchases.  :chuckle:

Just remember a shop has the same rules as a gun safe.  Figure out the biggest shop you'll ever need, then double the size.  That should be just about right (for a few years).
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

Been researching online and have not found any smaller sized garden tractors that have attached tillers.  I don't want a tow behind tiller with a separate engine, I want less cylinders to fight each spring.

Really like some of the compact tractors but I know there are areas they cannot mow how I am setup and would still need a smaller mower, so for now avoiding that path.

Think the search is now moving to the best mower that will do what I need and handle a front blade. I need to walk around the property to figure out any tight spots which may influence the size of the deck. Thinking 48" minimum at the moment will grow depending on measurements, and a bagging system.  The john deere 300 series look pretty good at this point but still researching.
