Alright, call me nuts, but I thought Id test this stuff out this morning. I actually had my wife use the garden hose on me while I was dressed in the wooltimate/whatever it is from cabelas....Then I went out to the woods on our property and sat for two hours in 25 degree darkness. and fog...I was warm.  I was damp, but not wet.
Saw two deer...you know, the magic ones that slip behind a tree and just vanish.  Does I think.  Nonetheless, as I said, I was as comfortable as could be in the conditions.  With my shell I will probably not get as wet...hopefully, but if I did, I would be alright.
