Fine looking spread.  Do you use a tami for the smoked salmon terrine?

Tamis? Like a sieve?
Not in this recipe, no need to strain out.

More or less you just take raw shrimp, pulse in food processor with cold cream, then added homemade smoked salmon. Moved to a bowl and folded in cooked leeks and chives. Put the mixture in a terrine dish and placed in a water bath (roasting pan with extremely hot water that goes up halfway up the side of the terrine dish). Then bake. Then cool overnight.

Seafood meatloaf. Kind of.

Yes a Tamis, your consistency on it looks really smooth.  Like it!
