Have been watching the raffle tag sales. There must be a Huge Elk out there. Last week elk tickets went from 2500 to 12000 in one day. About $9500. Lots of money on a gamble.
 I drew the 2010 tag . 7104 tickets sold and I bought 5. Best $30 I ever spent.
I am guessing that may be based on the amount of moisture we're getting :dunno:.  Should be a good antler growth year.  The food is chest high already...

We can't be too close to results posting because nobody has come one to say they have been asked to be a witness tomorrow yet.

Yup.  My bad.  Don't really know if the rest of the state is getting the same moisture we are here, but I hung trail cameras on Sunday and the vegetation is ridiculous, even out on the prairie.

I’m patiently waiting for the “Something’s happening, I can’t log in” comments. That’s when my blood pressure starts to rise  :chuckle:

There's been studiesshowing that the biggest factor for good antler growth is the health of the doe/cow during gestation of the buck. The real studs are going to be here around 3+years from now. All these does are getting fat and making healthy offspring.
