Well, if we're having a "biggest loser" contest, I haven't drawn anything, ever, in 11 years of applying (including this year).  That includes WA and out-of-state too.  Some pretty high odds stuff, included... like an elk B tag in Montana last year that had 70% draw odds, and an ID controlled hunt muzzleloader deer tag two years ago that had 65% draw odds.  I'd say my odds of having drawn *something* at this point is like 98-99% - I've either been extremely unlucky or on a "no hunt" list somewhere.

I feel your pain...18 year striking out on quality elk and 11 years striking out on bull elk
