Oregon Crab
« on: August 17, 2022, 07:40:06 PM »
The end of October we are wanting to make a trip to Oregon for crab. Any ideas on where a good spot/area would be? We want to spend 3-4 days.

Thank You
Jeff

Yaquina Bay.  You can throw your pots in 20 feet of water in the channel between the breakwaters.  Get to the launch on the south side of the bay early and if he's there, buy some mink carcasses for bait.  It's been awhile since I've been there, but we really nailed them around Thanksgiving a couple times.

If I recall, you can dig razor clams all the time too.
