Hey guys, went to Rufus and fished with my dad and a couple other guys, 4 guys, we caught 81 trout, not using bait, and we kept 7 of them all 3-5 lbs, and lost one at the boat that we thought was 8-10 lbs!!! it was unbelievable. But if you use bait, you have to keep every fish. And the gamey's are out checking so follow the rules. I guess this great fishing is what happens when 58,000 of them get released on accident.

Where were you fishing? By Chief Joseph or up by the pens? Were you jigging?
I was thinking of making a trip over soon with my boat. I usually fish by the pens and do fairly well.
Thank you.

I'm thinking about taking a trip over there in the next couple of weeks any info would be greatly appreciated. I have never fished it, but have been trying to get over there for the last couple of years, and just never managed to find the time. I'm not looking for anyones "honey hole", but just a point in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any help.
