I am open to a kid archering for a flea-bitten cloven hoved rat blacktail this year. Its an easy but quick hunt, either they are here or not so being local is a must. I could let you know when they are but it's just not practical to travel a long distance for this.

I have a bunch that visit my property, on the rim of Morse Creek canyon, and they periodically trash Mrs !Xabbu's roses and apples trees.

And when Mrs. !Xabbu aint happy, well, you know the story.

This was yesterday, Dude on the left is a 6 point.

My counting. I'm from the Iowa so I take eastern or western counting methods, depending on which sounds better at the time.  :IBCOOL:

Kidding aside, this guy is one of the older ones around. There is always a bunch of spikes and some forked horns, along with this three pointer if something with antlers is your thing. There are does and bambi's galore that are truly stupid.

This is a great offer! Good on you!
I hope Mrs. !Xabbu is very happy this Fall.

Apparently and on closer inspection, he's a '5' pointer, only the left side has a tres tine. He's got lots of growing yet too.

Still available for a kid or even a clueless newbie. Local to PA/Sequim area though.

This pic show why I'm saying bows only.

Is that "clueless" based on peer review, or spousal input?

Well, I ain't letting in the moronic local yokels driving up and down the road illegally on bikes and quads all decked out in camo, approaching me while active committing a crime doesn't sit well with me.

I'd be ok with some with a new hunter safety certification, no matter how old they were.

Some glamour shots from this morning. There is a lesion on the left main bar that could have been a point and I don't think its going to sprout. Could have been damaged too, the tip looks bent.

Just to clear this up before it goes any further, anything my wife says about me is a bald faced lie.

Still having deer infestation problems? We’re new to Bremerton from Arizona. I’ve got one kid itching for his first hunt (he won’t be ready for deer just yet), and another two “kids” (23 year young men)  I’m mentoring. Im taking them all to hunter safety this winter and spending a lot of range time with them.

We would love the chance to introduce ourselves. Not sure if you need lawns mowed or farm chores done, but my son loves yard work and the young men and I would be happy to help on your property.

I know this is an old post but my son (15) drew a multi season tag and is wanting to knock down a deer with a bow no matter what season is open.  If Ms !Xabbu is still not happy we would be happy to come over.  Depending on the GMU your are in 621 or 624? He literally has until the end of the year or at least mid November with his multi season tag.  can use the bow no matter the season.

Let me know .

Sent a PM too
