I’ve run the chest holster under my marsupial bino harness. Plenty comfortable and no issues of drawing. Wouldn’t think an AGC Bino pack would be any different.

I have one under the AGC Cub (with a rangefinder pouch). No issues with the draw, the three point harness is flexible enough to end up just about wherever you want the kydex.

Mine basically sits below my binos but above where my pack hop belt clips in. Granted, it's new to me (had it about a month now, only three days out) but overall happy with it and it's easy to see why they're popular.

Anyone that thinks a Glock is better than a 1911 paints his toenails.

Another vote for having no problem wearing this under a chest rig. My G40 fits nicely under my Vortex bino harness. Never had an issue with pack straps or drawing it.
There is not enough wilderness left in the world, or in the hearts of men.
