Spot Hogg question

I have an older Spot Hogg sight, not sure the model- just says Spot Hogg. It’s a 3 pin sight. It has the spaces and screw holes for 2 more pins.
On the Lancaster site they sell replacement pins, but only the pin, not the needed hardware and screws. Looks like the needed hardware is separate from the pin.

My question is where/if I can even get the hardware to add two more pins. I’ve looked all over online, including the Spot Hogg website, and can’t find anything on adding additional pins.
Any info appreciated.
