An Old Smattering of Photos
«

Just scrolling through my photobucket stuff...I've posted these all multiple times on other sites, but not here...so if you've seen them..please forgive me.
When I get a good camera, I'm going to go back to this spot in late October and get some top notch photos. The rams just stand around and pose purdy for ya... These are all with an Olympus C-750 PAS, 4 mp... I know these pics aren't fantastic...but I just wonder why anyone would need 10 mp!?
This little Lope posed for me pretty good too!

This was about the closest I got to killing a goat with my tag 2 seasons ago. I just couldn't bring myself to kill a Nan... I set my goal for a "mature billy"...and now I have a tag framed on the wall...
Little brown bruin with his face full of grass...

Montana Sage Brush Whitey....
And a nice view at the end of a long day bowhunting.. Would have been nicer posing next to the big guy with blood on my hands, but it was still a great experience!

Nice pictures Hornseeker. I think you did just fine with what you had. If you are going to a place where rams stand around and look at you... count me in. I'm good for paying for gas money if anything else... And, I wouldn't trade in my 10mp for nothin! In fact, I want that new 21mp camera...

Thanks all..
The bear den was crazy. Me and a bud were elk hunting when we came upon these bear tracks that went around and around this HUGE boulder... and into a little hole. I stuck my arm and cam down in the hole and snapped a pic... Was pretty excited to see the image on the screen! this is the boulder she slept under...There's another bear in there, a yearling I guess, buried in the blankets...
Are your ram pics from Montana also Shawn? This place is no secret...drive down to Sula and take a left, go up the road about 3-8 miles...you'll see LOTS of sheep and some great rams in some Great habitat...
