Gunsmith for 1911 Sight Work

Looking for some advice on a gunsmith in the Walla Walla area.
I have a mid-90's Springfield 1911A1 That I want to put night sights on. I can see that the rear sights will pop out. The front sight looks fixed to the slide. Google search was no help for gunsmith in my area.

The front site is staked in place.  The best fix is to have a gunsmith remove the site, and cut a dove tail and put a new site in there.  Then you can change them or adjust it with a hammer and a brass punch. Do not know of anyone doing it in the Walla Walla area though.  I run Novak low profile combat sights on mine.
