Need some help on Rem 1100
« on: June 09, 2010, 12:04:45 PM »
I bought a Rem 1100 LT in 20 ga. I am assuming this is a youth model as it is fairly small. It is for my son after he passed hunter safety, but he is growing FAST. I was considering an aftermarket full size stock to fit him better as he grows. Does anyone know if the full size stock will fit the LT, or are there other options?

I suppose I could take off the pad and add an extension to the butt stock then replace the pad.

:)quit assuming, measure the length of pull, trigger to butt. Then go to the Remington site and read the stock dimensions.
I think youth are low 12 inch and normal are 13.5 or so, but I am guessing.
