My pics... High Country
« on: March 09, 2008, 09:03:22 PM »
Just some old pics I took... some may remember them when I posted them on MM.com but thought some here would enjoy them...

Other Pics I've taken... The buck below grossed 190 with a 21" inside spread credit...

This is an old buck from the 60's up the Entiat...  Buck is REDICULOUSLY HUGE!

Hope you enjoyed them!

mike..post up the pics of that slug's sheds.
that's a great buck, and some awesome pics to boot.
we have some beautiful country in this state to be explored for those who want to.
thanks.

M_Ray, that place was AMAZING!  One of the funner trips I've been on... but you can't take a horse up there as you got to climp some cliffs and rock outcroppings that I wouldn't even think about bringin a horse on...

Check it out!

Apparently this buck was seen after the season was over? The sheds aren't from this season already are they?  You better start spending a lot of time this summer scouting for him and pattering him out, good luck, nice pictures and one hell of a buck.

Nah... that buck died from old age... The year I found him I know people who had watched him on the winter range for I think 4-5 years as a big deer and I have seen previous sheds...  He regressed a LOT the year I found him in his prime he was a solid 200" buck...  I got a PM on MM.com from a guy saying he SAW the buck in OCTOBER and then never replied to any of my other PM's to him and he dropped off the map... dissapointing to say the least.  Last year was the first year he did not show up on the winter range...

They're big for a reason, that's an awsome buck, hopefully he passed on a lot of genes.

No worries Bone!  Glad to have people enjoy 'em.  Especially with spring so close and scouting trips coming up this summer I'm sure we're all real anxious to prepare for the '08 season!

Did you see the video I posted?
