Who's Pic of "Dad with Hounds" did I see on Random photo?

Just curiuos, Its an old school pic...before my time, but I spent many years up to and a little past 96' hunting bear, lions, bobcats and coons with dogs in WA... Been a while now...

Anyhow, was just curious who it was and if maybe I knew them??
