good luck.  Looks like the odds in idaho is better than our state.   Thought about putting in for moose but thought I would give deer a try.  It will be my first time heading to idaho hunting.  I am hopeing for beginners luck. :)

$142 non refundable license.   6.75 for application for each species....if selected  or over the counter tag costs 259 deer tg, 373 elk tag, 259 antelope tag

The odds suck for controlled hunts, at least the good ones. For deer and elk. But a guy can buy an over the counter general tag any day of the week until they run out.

Not sure yet, but will probably apply for deer, elk, and antelope.  And buy a deer tag.

I'm going in for an unlimited controlled hunt for Muleys in November and the hours are ticking away for the goat deadline. The 1800 bones up front is killing me!

The wife and I are going for wt this year. I found a pretty good area when I was there last fall. I just hope that some of them survived the winter.

I put in for sheep.  Doubt I'll draw.  If I do my wife will kill me.
