archery quality?
« on: April 30, 2011, 01:20:40 PM »
I was wondering if there are any down falls to the late archery quality special tags in the entiat, chiwawa or the hunts in that area.  Like private property, access or any other surprises one can expect.  A good friend has 9 points and would like to know what to put in for and he wants to stick to archery. Please any advise.  Thanks

All good hunts.

Only two downfalls will be:

1.  If the weather (snow) does not come the big deer will not be there.
2.  If the weather (snow) does come then the roads can get darn scary... Make sure you pack chains for all four and maybe bring a snowmobile.

Otherwise good access and good hunts.

Thanks, I have a snomobile to help him out if he needs it.  Doesn't sound like he has to worry about private property, thanks.
