Paper Tuning Question

This might be a stupid question but......Is it possible or normal to have a bow shoot two different arrow setups the same or should the shoot differently?

 I was paper tuning some new arrows with 125 grain field tips and out of curiosity decided to shoot a different arrow setup with 100 grainers. They seemed to shoot the same but i only shot a couple arrows.

I am still learning to tune and just assumed they should be reasonably close but noticeable. My arrows are REALLY close to the same. What do the pros say?

Paper tuning is not going to be affected much by changing from a 100gr tip to a 125gr tip if your arrows are spined correctly for the weight you're shooting. You'll get a bit more FOC with the 125gr tip and notice a little more drop at longer yardages but both should shoot very similar.

It all depends on what the different arrow setups your talking about, if your shooting two arrows that are close to the same length and within 25-50gr their going to be be about the same out to 30 or 40 yards, beyond that you'll see them start to drop slightly.

Get em close and broadhead tune. Don't fuss with it, its not worth the time.

Thanks guys. That tells me what I wanted to know. I will fine tune a bit more then broadhead tune them.
