you need to upload the pic to a host (photobucket, imageshack, facebook)

copy the URL

put the URL between the [ img] URL GOES HERE [/ img] brackets

photobucket is nice and easy, I'd go with that one but set your settings to private or folks will get into your account

in photobucket once you get past all the crap and ads you'll see a big UPLOAD button

push that, go to the picture you want then hit OK

once it uploads you'll see a thumbnail,  under that thumbnail you'll see little boxes
click the box that says direct link, you'll see a tiny message that says "copied

go to the forum, hit the little button above the smilie icons and you'll see brackets pop up, make sure to get the URL between the brackets (control v works nice)
place the cursor between the ][ and hit control v

You can do it the easy way and just click "Attachments and other options" below the text box and attach the picture directly.    Would like to see the pics.
