Meanwhile in Idaho, wolf reimbursements were just increased to $2000 in all game units below elk objective or with livestock depredation issues! This winter is the perfect year to plan an Idaho wolf hunt!

Remember, you have to join "The Foundation for Wildlife Management" before going hunting and you need to keep receipts for any expenses or equipment involved so you can get your reimbursements. Memberships and grants is how F4WM pays for the reimbursements, your membership dollars directly help Idaho wildlife!

With 2400+ wolves removed, F4WM has saved an estimated 336,000+ elk, moose, deer, and livestock, by promoting science-based predator management. (2400 wolves each consume 20 big game per year for 7 years- 7x20=140 x 2200 = 336,000 saved!)

I don't know any reason why you wouldn't?

We have not offered a wolf specific hunt yet, we are working on methods to increase success before we offer a hunt. There are other outfitters that do offer wolf hunts, I'm not sure what their success rate is, but I've seen some hunts priced at around $4k.

I remember checking this post and rarely seeing a confirmed wolf, only stories.  Now we have pix and videos from all over the state.   :bfg:

Got a wolf on camera last night in the Teanaway.  Had friends hear them howling in the Teanaway during modern season as well as up the Entiat.

Pack of 8 wolves trotting up a road about a half mile from Bradeen Road....about a half mile from the Addy/Gifford road and 3 miles from Gifford...   Late Whitertail hunters will be shocked when they realize their buck is in the belly of a pack of inslee poodles.  Thanks all you arseholes that voted Democrat in Wash State.  A biologist told a farmer on the Addy Gifford road (he has wolves on his land) that they are finding bear teeth and other bones in the wolf scat. They think they are killing bear.
Thanks for all for your past support...We officially pulled the plug and have retired from the Biz. Still dabble a little in real estate.

I guy I know helped with a big wolf and cougar study, they had collars on multiple species of wildlife, when wolves move into a drainage they could see other wildlife leaving the drainage in every direction, and they found evidence of all other species in the wolf feces they checked. Bear, lions, elk, deer, they eat whatever they can catch. They even eat denned up bear in the winter.

Speaking about collars ,every animal I've seen this year with a collar are a lot smaller then they was in years past. Smaller and black is what I've noticed.

I 100% concur that the animals in a valley will vacate the area if the wolves move in.  We had wolves in last year and every deer, elk, turkey, moose and most bear vanished.  The wolves hung around for 6 to 7 months before moving on.  Another member had pictures of the same wolves shortly after and the game came back a few months later.  I'm sure the animals that didn't leave became wolf feed.  We had a monster moose that lived in the area.....haven't seen him since.   :bash: :bash:

Saw a large black wolf 1/2 mile west of Farmington Wa on 11/30.  Third one I have seen over the last few years.
