Cooked up the last of the ducks from the freezer this weekend... Is it October yet??

No. I don't Marinade ducks. Just a simple brine works the best. It'll bring out the flavors more...

I opened this thinking that it would be about the Oregon Ducks football team losing their opener!!! Your Ducks look substantially more delicious.
