got one at 20 yards today...

Did a few stands...on my second stand I was able to call this girl in. Climbed up on a log pile and started calling into reprod...

she showed up about 2min later, I could hear her coming and was ready. Once she popped out, she gave me a look and I gave her a hornady. :IBCOOL: Took her with the ole .223 savage.

First 1 of the year for me. Its tough to find em over here in the brush.

Just to the right of the 5 ft. Doug fir sapling to the right of the slash pile. Nice yote! She's gorgeous!

Yup! She was easier to see when she was standing there. A bit tougher laying in the dirt.  :chuckle:

good job! I had one run across the road in front of me today, pretty close (20yds), it made it to the ditch before I could get on it
