Well looks like you fellow Hunt-Wa diehards wont be hearing from me for a week or two, I'm all packed and heading out for my bull permit come tomorrow (Sunday ) morning. Looking forward too an awesome elk hunting experience and hopefully get lucky enough to wrap my tag around one of them monster eastern washington bulls! For those of you that have helped out with info and scouting or just plain old advice, I really appreciate it! Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you. This is shaping up to be one heck of an incredible hunt, one that has been on my mind since my first encounter with bugling bulls on the west side. I love the anticipation of not knowing if I can hold out on a 340 bull to have a opportunity to kill a 380 plus. I look forward to the challenge that lies ahead of me for I will be hunting the wilderness off my back on my own. I have my work cut out for me on this hunt but it is truly worth the effort , pain , achy muscles, sore knees, and sweat that will be on this hunt. Wish me luck as I will be wishing all you that will be hunting good luck also and most importantly have fun and enjoy the great outdoors.
