They are worth it and a great arrow!
That happens all the time with HIT inserts with a cut and carry purchase. At first the HIT inserts were too tight and some would not even go into the shaft all the way. Now they slide in much nicer, but you really need to let them dry before letting them walk out the door. One of the reasons I always use Goat Tuff or instant Gorilla Glue to install them
Having field points inserted before you leave the shop with instructions to keep the points pointed up until the epoxy fully sets will cure that problem. Most good shops will mention that. But when they get busy everyone has a brain fart once in a while. Sorry you had to be the recipient of such. That does suck!!
