I used ISO 400 because it was getting late in the evening and my favorite choices of ISO 100 or 200 were too dark.

Only sissies use tripods! Actually, I forgot the tripod at home! I'm so used to hand holding big lenses that my tripod doesn't get much use.

To clarify, Phool with a tripod, are you suggesting ISO 100 or higher?

A Tripod is the ideal way to go when taking photos, but a work around would be higher ISO. 400 ISO would have done nicely in my situation, but I prefer to use Low ISO settings to get better contrasts, saturation, and Low noise.

I use the lowest ISO I can get away with and still get the shot, less noise.
