I had two stolen last year we found out who but he sold them already. We had one camera down in a canyon by a creek and it had a picture of a guy walking by at 2;30 in the morning we could;nt figure what he could have been doing. Took a guy out shooting from pennslvania and we set up a 100 yard target and he said this is something you would;nt do where I live and I said target shoot and he said know  put something that you own that far away someone would steal it sounds like it;s happing here.

I Hunt hancock as well... and it used to be 250 permits, then they went to 500 then to 1000.

I also was talking to a hancock staff who said he caught a forester taking a tree stand!!!

Drop me a note if you are around hancock, ( snoquailime hancock), and we can make a sign together.. like hey sportsman... please respect other peoples stuff etc etc.

I also kicked two cars out last week with california plates and no stickers.

If you place them in the clear cuts be careful they get walked a bit... also people glass the clear cuts... and with good optics you can see them. I have glassed two cams in the last 60 days there.. BUT I just then go find another area as I figure some dude has staked that area out.

I also really do run several cams at a location, all far apart so last year I got dudes in sammamiash taking one, the other cams got them, I called fish and game and the sherrif and they got stiched up for 1. hunting out of season ( they day before 1 had rifle 1 had cross bow lol) and then tresspassing.

If I caught someone doing this I would pay for an huge picture of their face to be blown up, laminate it on plywood and post it at the gate, then call hancock on them.
*censored* Dude! Its a Fish & Game Rig.......

That sucks man. My buddy just made me a couple boxes.
Keep an eye out, my hunting partners had 2 stolen this year and were able to get them back with some investigating...

I feel your pain too...I just checked 3 of my cameras yesterday and one was eaten by a bear and destroyed (teeth & claw marks all over it) and the other camera stopped working on me. So I'm down 2 cameras right there.
On a side note I would not recommend Primos cameras. Mine that stopped working is fairly new and gave an error message "SD Full" which is is not and the card is formatted.
Take up your bow, a quiver full of arrows, head out to the country and hunt some wild game.  GEN 27:3

with all the cam being stolen I'm about half worried about mine. i haven't had any stolen yet but i have had 2 of them messed with. the 2 guys that where messing with them found out real quick that 6" bolts make it a little hard to get the bear boxes off the stumps

I had one stolen in the Buckley gate last year, the scum bag even took the mineral block I had out. Makes me think about a booby trap, almost.
