Might look at Snipepod:  https://snipepod.ipower.com/index2.html. They are well made, very light (2-11 oz, depending on the size you get), steady, and allows the gun to stay level as you pan.

Ive watched multiple hunters use sticks over the last few years and Ill say no thanks...I watched animals walk or should of walked due to how long it took to position them and then after all the setup its still a so so rest. Bipod and it woulda been over with in seconds an every occasion
