My wife and I dropped ours off yesterday to insure that our vote counted prior to them saying while standing in line Elect President "    ". That's what happened last time, still standing in line and the news came out who was president Elect!!!!

Tomorrow is the day that will decide the path of our future.  Personally, I have never felt any election was as important as this one; I've been through a lot of them.  I sincerely hope that all people have realized the importance of their one vote and have used it wisely.

Hey guys, lets try to keep this bumped to the top today so everyone sees it as a reminder.  Make sure you get your ballots in, as far as I'm concerned this election could make or break America.
Thanks

Although this article was written in 2010, it is a good one:

Only 49.49% of the registered voters in Washington actually voted (ballots counted as of 11:45PM on 11-6-12).  That means 1,970,819 registered voters DID NOT VOTE.

I hope all people that participate in this forum voted.  Each vote makes a difference.

I heard last night that there are more NRA members in PA than any other state.  I have a hard time believing that.  I have an even harder time believing that almost 35% of them voted for Obama.  I'm also having a hard time accepting the fact that we are losing America to pot smokers, homosexuals, animal rights activists and those who have no problem killing babies, but want us to give America's legal rights to foreign terrorists.  I'm with you MWalking.  I think I'm going to be sick. :puke:
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

I'm just glad that I didn't have kids to have to grow up in this version that America is becoming.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

The popular vote was nearly 50-50 nationally.  That means we need to work harder at getting rid of the apathy that has infected this nation.  Voter turnout among registered voters in Washington State is close to 50%.  Apathy is the killer of freedom.

What lies ahead?

More economic hardship?  Very likely.
Another recession?  Very likely.
More attacks on our Second Amendment rights?  Absolutely.
More attacks on our rights to hunt and fish?  Absolutely.
More attacks on our private property rights?  Absolutely.
More attacks on our freedom to access OUR public lands?  Absolutely.
More attacks on our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms in general?  Absolutely.

Here’s a disturbing fact in light of yesterday's election results:

The President nominates justices to the Supreme Court.  The Senate must vote its approval of the nominations.  Who is our President?  Who controls the Senate?  The Supreme Court decides what is Constitutional and what isn’t.

Where do you think our future is headed?

Be prepared for what lies ahead.

As of 5:30 PM on 11-7-12, there are still 625,858 ballots to be counted.  There may still be a chance for some of our preferred candidates.
