I have all season off so I will be there the whole time. I usually spend the first 4 days calling for others then the first weekend my son (8 this year) comes and hunts for a couple days with me then the serious stuff starts

 both weeks for me to.. i just hope i wont need both weeks! i have a few nice bulls on the cams so its lookin good!

I think i shot a elk last year if i remember right. :chuckle: I guess we will find out sept. 4th when im hunting and your sitting at home. :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:]

Hey bucknbull, I think your referring to the wrong season. Shooting AT an elk doesn't count. Finding it and putting a tag on it is a different story.  :dunno: Our Sept. 7th-16th trip will be here before we know it. I can't believe it's only a month away. At least I won't be having to put a fuel pump in the pickup on this year's trip. At least I hope I don't have to.  :chuckle:
