i cant find any info on this gun.. need help!

 the gun is a savage arms model 521 .22 short and LR HIAWATHA  series A  single shot bolt action.  i cant find any info on it.. whats it worth.. how old it is. ect... if someone can help me that would be great!

Find a qualified gunsmith locally that can give you an appraisal.  Best way to do this, unless you can find it on gun broker or another selling site...

i did talk to the maker and they were no help... and i have looked on line everywhere and cant find it.. i guess a gunsmith is the way i need to go.. thanks guys!!

are you trying to buy it, sell it, or just want to know what it is?  if you're buying, spend what you're comfortable with.  selling, start high, take what you're comfortable with.  just want to know about it?  that I don't know!

Most gun shops have a Blue Book of Gun Values, They should be able to help out if they would. I have my dad's old Hiawatha 12 gauge pump shotgun and it shows as being a re-badged Savage. Just did a web search and it shows that your rifle is the same as a Savage 120. maybe easier to find information about it under the Savage model number. Looked a little more and found that according to numrich Gun Parts the Hiawatha line was produced for Gamble Skogkmo (never heard of them) and is a Savage model 120.
